![]() I don't know how much electricity it uses, but long-term it's probably much better for my house than having damp fusty clothes lying everywhere! Read full review As the clothes are all hanging up, they dry crease-free, probably even more so if you are wise enough to buy the jml hanger kit too. To be honest, I think I over-dried them, as some were a bit crispy. Two hours later, All the clothes (~6kg) were dry as a bone and they and the room smelled lovely. ![]() It's very quiet, and after a funny smell a bit like a hairdryer for the first few minutes, I managed to shut the door and forget about it. I zipped up the cover, which was easy enough, but also quite easy to knock hangers off the arms while doing so! Put it on the timer for 2 hours and left beside an open window in the spare room. I could do with a few trouser hangers and the peg hooks for underwear so I just hung what I could. I immediately hung up most of a wash (apart from the things that could be tumble dried) -second small improvement needed- the stand doesn't rotate, which would be handy for hanging up washing. Once assembled ( 10mins) I realised I hadn't bought the hanger kit so had to go through my wardrobe for plastic hangers. The only slight improvement to assembly would be the legs, they could fit slightly better for a more even stance. It was so easy to put together, the instructions were clear and not really needed anyway. I unpacked it the day of arrival as soon as I got home. ![]() I bought this hoping it would reduce the amount of damp clothes on airers around my house that invariably smell a bit fusty before they have dried fully. ![]()
